Our external results are a reflection of our internal state so it's time to decode and break through the habits, patterns and beliefs that hold you back and no longer serve you.
We widen the lens on what’s really possible for you, and support you with tools and strategies to connect you back in with becoming the person you envision yourself being.
All of this exists within a supportive online community of likeminded individuals, where you will experience more growth, connection and freedom. There will be accountability within this space for you to stretch yourself beyond your current experience in order to really integrate what you learn to make change.

MODULE 1: DESIGN YOUR LIFE
Setting goals is the first step to turning the invisible into the visible. You will implement a simple, tried and tested framework into your life, and somatically integrate this system to use at any point moving forward. Designing your life is about goal setting, visualising and exploring what’s really possible for you. This is a great opportunity to connect in with your values, and align yourself with opportunities the will assist you in moving forward and closer towards your goals. You become who you envision yourself being.
MODULE 2: CREATE YOUR LIFE
Every day offers a choice or opportunity to create a life your love. Now is the time to take inspired-action. You’re going to create some structure, balance and establish resourceful habits and routines to get you there. This module will laser focus on building your capacity and what you need to bring in order to hold the life you have set in your vision and goals. Balance is not something you find, it's something you create.
MODULE 3: DECODE THE PATTERNS THAT HOLD YOU BACK
Health is more than what you're eating. It's what you're thinking, saying and believing. We look at shifting out any roadblocks that have been holding you back or stopping you from getting to where you want to be. We dive deep into exploring patterns, limiting beliefs, behaviours, attitudes, standards, or habits that are self-sabotaging you and not supporting you in moving forward. This module will be tailored to each individual.
MODULE 4: OPTIMISE YOUR MENTAL WELLBEING & HEALTH
Our quality of life and external results are a reflection of our internal state. It’s important to take care of ourselves and learn to optimise our mental wellbeing and health so we don’t burnout or experience stress and anxiety regularly throughout our day-to-day activities. You will learn self-care practices, strategies and insights for prevention and early intervention so this doesn't lead to more severe health issues in the long run. You will also learn what to do and how to effectively respond to someone in a mental health crisis and how to support those in your life that may be experiencing a mental health problem such as anxiety and depression.
MODULE 5: IMPROVE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SELF & OTHERS
Your relationship with yourself sets the tone to your relationships with others in your professional and personal life. Connect into your inner core confidence. Understand how to communicate your needs, set resourceful standards and boundaries in order to cultivate healthy and meaningful relationships. Deep dive into understanding human behaviour psychology by unpacking your core drivers, and how these relate in the context of why we do what we do in our lives and relationships. Gain deeper insights into emotional and social intelligence in our communication with others.

We'll go through different tools, strategies, resources and methods to help you step closer to where you like to be. We can discuss the challenges, celebrate your wins and have fun along the way.

You are the sum total of the people you surround yourself with. Create Your Life Bootcamp is about the embodiment of a resourceful lifestyle encompassing growth, connection and community. It is a safe space to express yourself within a group of likeminded people. I will be here to keep you accountable to the commitment you make to yourself inside the program. A challenger of new thinking, collaborator of new ideas and your biggest supporter when you have moments where you need to feel seen and heard.
ONLINE CREATE YOUR LIFE BOOTCAMP COMMUNITY
You will have access to a "Core Group" of likeminded people via a private Facebook Group.
