Character Strengths Program

An empowering evidence-based program that helps people build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills by discovering their unique Character Strengths.

 

Using the VIA Strengths Framework and personalised coaching, participants learn how to use their strengths to improve wellbeing, decision-making, teamwork and emotional intelligence.

 

Perfect for schools, councils, and organisations wanting a high-impact personal development or leadership program.

Songwriting Program

​

A creative workshop series that blends songwriting, storytelling and personal expression. Participants learn to write original lyrics and/or music composition while building confidence, emotional awareness, and connection. Perfect for youth groups, schools, community programs or organisations wanting a unique wellbeing experience.

Self-Care Program

​

A gentle, practical wellbeing program that helps people reset, reconnect and build sustainable self-care habits. Through positive psychology tools, reflective exercises, and personalised strategies, participants learn how to reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing and create routines that support a healthier, calmer life. Ideal for workplaces, youth programs and community groups.​

Mental Wellbeing Program

​

Originally developed through Mental Health Mallee, this 4-week program offers a proactive and science-based approach to building strong mental wellbeing.

​

This program provides simple tools proven to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood. Participants learn practical strategies they can easily integrate into their lifestyle.

​

The program is available online for easy at-home access, with optional in-person sessions delivered by local facilitators. Participants also gain access to an online community to stay motivated, supported, and connected throughout their 4-week wellbeing journey.
